We want our lovingly produced products not to gather dust on the shelf.
Often, it takes a few weeks to know whether you really use something or not.
You can simply buy a product from us and try it out for 30 days. If you realize that you use the product less than expected, simply lovingly pack it up again and send it back to us. Please send us an email or let us know via WhatsApp so it doesn't get lost. We will then simply refund the full purchase price.
Filling out a withdrawal form or anything else formal is not necessary.
We will share the shipping costs. We cover the outbound shipping and you cover the return shipping. Unfortunately, there is no return label.
This 30-day return guarantee also applies to the additional battery and the seat.
