General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the SUPglider online shop.

The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as the seller accepts the order by sending a shipping confirmation or delivering the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All stated prices are in Euros (€) including statutory value-added tax.

Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.

5. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping will take place within 2–7 business days.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Payment Terms

The payment methods offered in the online shop are available to the customer (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna).

The charge will be made immediately after the order is completed.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of SUPglider until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

9. Returns and Refunds

After an effective withdrawal, the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt and inspection of the goods.

The refund will be made using the payment method originally used.

The goods must be returned within 30 days.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

The seller is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or use for an unintended purpose.

11. Liability

The seller is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, the seller is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

12. Product Information

The products must be used exclusively for their intended purpose.
The customer is obliged to read the product information and instructions before use.

13. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the data protection declaration on the website.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the registered office of the company.

15. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
